JOINT MEETING AGENDAS AND APPROVED MINUTES

  • Seperate Sewer Commission and Water Board monthly meetings are typically held on the third Monday of the month.
  • Prior to July, the minutes and agendas are combined for water and sewer
  • Annual Allocation Priorties & Capital Budget Meeting with Town Coucil is held in October.
  • Annual Financial Meeting of the Sewer District, in June.
  • Annual Financial Meeting of the Water District, in June.
  • Submittals for the agenda are due by noon on Wednesday before the meeting
  • Agendas are posted on Wednesday evenings before the scheduled meeting.
  • Location of most meetings are at Old Harbor Meadows Community Center at 4:30 PM, check the agenda for specifics.
